Scheduling Appointments
Regular office hours at our Surrey location are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and to 4:00 pm on Fridays). Patients are seen by appointment only.
Although we have a growing number of adult patients, the majority are still of school age. To accommodate fairness and the goal of having children miss the least amount of school, we organize our workdays in the following manner:
- Adjustment appointments, which are usually short, are primarily offered before and after school.
- Longer appointments (of which there are far fewer) are arranged mostly during school hours.
- Early morning appointment also work well for working adults.
Cancellations
We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately using the form on this page or by phone at (604) 589-2212.
We suggest that you cancel only in an emergency, as most of our appointments are made 4 to 8 weeks in advance.
Emergency Appointments
If you or your child have an emergency with your braces treatment, please contact us immediately and we'll do our very best to get you in on short notice.
